MS4 Permit Manager Certification Program (June 9, 2026)

This certification is the practical guide for stormwater program managers, coordinators, and municipal staff responsible for MS4 permit compliance. We teach you how to implement practical, field-tested solutions to navigate the extremely complex and important environmental laws at the heart of your permit. This course covers the “Six Minimum Control Measures” (MCMs). You will leave with the knowledge to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Program Description Documents (PDDs) that ensure full compliance across your jurisdiction.
