Low Impact Development: Stormwater Control Measures & Green Infrastructure
This webinar will introduce the principles of Low Impact Development and Green Infrastructure and demonstrate how they can be used to reduce runoff, improve water quality, and better replicate natural site hydrology. Participants will explore common stormwater control measures, including bioretention, permeable surfaces, vegetated systems, infiltration practices, and treatment trains. The course will also address SCM selection, site constraints, design considerations, maintenance needs, and opportunities to incorporate green infrastructure into public and private development projects.
