PAVER 7.1 Software - Standalone Single Install and WCF Service Network Install both included. Each PAVER 7.1 license entitles the user to two installs or 2 seats on the network where 2 people can be logged in concurrently. You can install on a Windows desktop, laptop or tablet.
Single Install allows users a choice of using Access, SQL or Local databases.
If you chose you can install the WCF service network version of PAVER which allows other users to connect to a server and use the same PAVER database. Database must be an SQL database.

The Stormwater Control Measure (SCM) Design and Review Certification Program provides participants with a practical foundation for understanding how permanent SCMs work and why they are required. It covers the purpose, functions, types, components, and exemptions associated with SCMs, while building knowledge of compliance expectations for these regulated engineered systems. The program is designed to strengthen participants’ ability to evaluate and support effective SCM design and review in real-world practice. The program includes 14 hours of presentations/discussion in a classroom setting and a 2-hour written exam (optional).
